Hi community,

my question is to anybody experienced with Record ownership across BU feature.

Would there be any pontential issue if I export a solution from dev environment that has this feature off and import it to an environment with this feature on?

When you export a solution, features of the environment aren't exported, so I don't think there's any impact. Import a managed solution so that it can be uninstalled safely.

What I've learned is that some field/column (think it's Owning BU) is unlocked and editable when the feature is on. So I mainly thought about this kind of issue or mismatch in forms etc..
