Hi,
I'm really impressed with the generative AI capabilities of copilot studio, but have seen a lot of examples use the gen AI as the backup. Instead I'd prefer this type of flow and priority of data sources, but not quite sure how to make it happen. Hoping for some suggestions.
1) After a user's question, without any topics/triggers created, I want generative AI to try and answer the question based on these prioritized data sources: First being my team's sharepoint page, 2nd being the documents my team has uploaded and the 3rd / fall back would be my company's sharepoint page (i like having this as a fallback, but only want to use it if the first two don't answer the question as many other teams/functions don't keep their sharepoint pages up to date).
2) If the user doesn't like the response/answer (maybe from thumbs down or something?), then it should trigger some type of action where the chatbot prompts some general topics and has the user manually select which content area they are talking about and then subsequently, each topic has further subtopics the user can select until they get the specific file or content they are looking for.
Thanks so much in advance for the suggestions!
Sincerely, Alex C.
To emphasize data sources within the Generate Answers feature, employ multiple Generate Answers nodes and implement custom logic to proceed to the next node if the preceding one fails to return a result. This ensures a fallback approach where if the first node fails, the system moves on to the subsequent ones.
To utilize Custom Feedback functionality, consult the provided documentation. This resource offers guidance on triggering events based on user selections of thumbs-up or thumbs-down reactions.
