share an app to a group - i don't have the possibility

Hi ,

I have created multiple environnements (DEV, UA, Production and one for the COE).

I tried to share an app from the COE to the O365 group COE_Admins and i have not possibility to do that

I tried to share an app that is in the DEV environnment...again don't have the ability to share to a group.

 

I tried in the default environnement, and i have the possibilty to share to a group.

 

Strange behaviour. 

 

Last question :

Do you give access to the environnement COE to you Admins COE or do you give access app by app like me ?

    I am ashamed. I didn't pay attention that I was sharing a canvas app on my COE when on the default environment, it was a model-driven app.

    So, I created a mail enabled security group and it's good now.

    In the default environnement, i have the ability to share to a group and it works with all O365 group.

    I asked the owner of the tenant and he doesn't know why he have the option.

     

    I asked a friend to check if he hasn't have the option too.
