Hi All,

In canvas, why data table which apply function of Office365Outlook.CalendarGetTablesV2() did not show the E-STEMS calendar in the list?

Added new room named as E-STEMS as new room, delegate this to some users and they have added this E-STEMS calendar to their Outlook calendar.

E-STEMS calendar is shown as below for user Azrina.

Checked permission of this E-STEMS permission as below, the access right are all shown as editor. But user Azrina still not able to get this E_STEMS calendar in Power Apps Canvas. Function applied is Office365Outlook.CalendarGetTablesV2().value under item properties in data table.

Users like eform or Nur Nasuha are able to get ESTEMS in the list. All the setting is the same.

    Hi @XIOFEN_LIM ,

It is not supported in Power Apps and Power Automate for now that using O365 connector to get shared calendars.

    Please refer to below thread:

    Hope this helps.

    Hi @v-jefferni ,

My issue is only happened to some users which E-Stems calendar not appear in their Power Apps data table but instead they already added that calendar in their own Outlook calendar.

Few users are able to view that E-Stem calendar in Power Apps with the same setting done.

So, i don't think it is not support in Power Apps.
