When I pass in our collection, which is a basically a union of a few different tables, our PCF doesn't seem to sort correctly and the dates are formatted odd (pretty sure it's a unix epoch format).
Our PCF is just a clone of the CanvasGridControl in the PowerApps Samples. Same one that you build in the Canvas dataset tutorial https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/developer/component-framework/tutorial-create-canvas-dataset-component
I know this PCF works just fine with straight tables from the dataverse. The sorting and date formats work just fine.
Also when I view the collection in the File > Collections menu the dates appear normal. When I reference them in other places the datatype on the column is a datetime.
Any ideas or known issues with collections in dataset PCFs?
