Hi,
Just wondering if it's still possible to export SharePoint integrated app / customised forms? The clips I find on YouTube demo an old method which doesn't appear to be an option anymore.
I can Download a Copy of the *.msapp file but I'm looking for a copy of the *.zip file.

Try (from SharePoint)
List Settings > Form Settings > See versions and usage > Export package
