Multiselect Optionset control

I have created one control that renders radio buttons for an Optionset, but I want to expand it further and make it checkboxes so the user can select multiple choices.  Is there anyone who has done this and could give me an example of how to do this?

    Sorry, I just discovered there's a Multiselect Optionset.  So, no need to develop my own control.
