Power Virtual Agent Follow up prompts not seen but shows up in language studio

Hi,

I have an issue. Follow up prompts shows on my language studio. however, on the power virtual agent, its blank.

Is there a reason for this? and whats the prefered solution?

I would appreciate any help.

    Are you using Power Automate to return this list? If not, is it Bot Framework?

     

    Also, did you publish your bot?
