Customised Canvas Code doesn't work in IE

Hi, 

 

I have applied this set of code on this page to start conversation, it works well. 

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-virtual-agents/configure-bot-greeting

 

I passed the code to my deployment team. The code works in Edge and Chrome but not in IE.

 

Anyone has the same issue. Or possible any workaround?

    Hi @Leeyong88 ,

     

    Yes, this code is not supported by IE.

    The development team can change the scripts to IE supported codes or not use IE.

     

    One sample of problem using this code to IE: Arrow functions
