How to hide some information from choices given to user

Hi experts,

I want to know if its possible to hide some information from user but send that information to a flow?

For example, I want to show users some options to select like "Name - Job Title" but in actual it should have "Name - Job Title - employee id" so when the user selects "Name - Job Title" on the backend I want to send the complete string "Name - Job Title - employee id" to a power automate flow.

Your help is highly appreciated. Its an urgent task

Thanks

I assume "name - job title - employee Id" is a structured dataset stored somewhere, such as Dataverse or SharePoint or something like that. In which case, absolutely. Just use a Connector appropriate to your datastore and you can query and use whatever data you want, building responses with that data as necessary and querying for additional data as necessary.
