Power Apps Teams Dev Environment

I have an app which I've not worked on for a few months, now, when I open it in the Teams Power Apps development environment a gallery doesn't show anything even though its items property is set like:

["All Requests","New Requests","Draft Requests","Assigned","Reported","Late","On Hold","Currently Assigned To Me","Custom Filter"]

However if I publish the app it works fine as it already did.

also when I add a control the save icon stays greyed out - so I can't save changes and if I delete something it appears to be deleted because it can cause errors but it doesn't disappear from the tree view.

It's as if the development environment doesn't like my app, most likely because of updates which have made it incompatible with my app.

What can I do to try and fix this behaviour?

I had this problem before ( display nothing in the channel).
This is what I did :
    1. clear the roaming folder,%appdata%\Microsoft\Teams.
    2. clear the browser cache.
    3. delete the tab in the channel.
    4.  change something and republish (add in a tab).
