Block Chat Bot from receiving replies

Hello guys,

 

I want to use the bot as a communication channel. So I want the employee to receive a message from the communication team (which will manage the bot) and whoever receives this message cannot reply to this message. Also, it would be awesome if the reply box was in disabled mode if possible.

I've searched everywhere but haven't found a way to do this.

 

If anyone can help me, they will have my eternal gratitude.
