Can a user, using a power app, make a new screen with predefined table structure, buttons and gallery?

Hello everybody I am completely new here.

Since two days ago I am in ahiring process and have been tasked on creating a simple app with the following specifications:

>>>

The application can include a student and a professor (don't bother with rights, now just present two functionality).

The student sees a list of exams he can take. Selecting an exam presents him with a series of yes/no questions (ignore different forms of question at this time). Upon completion of the reply, the student is presented with the result – scored points in relation to the total.

The professor sees the list of students and scores the number of points per exam. A professor can create/update an exam, question, and number of points to the correct answer. The professor can assign the exam to the student after which the exam is visible for the exam.

Ignore border cases of locking exams or repeating exams – simply a student can enter the exam without restriction and change answers, resulting in a change in points.

<<<

Now I've figured I have two ways of ding this:

Once the student clicks on the exam, this takes him to a new screen with the exam

However if I do it this way, then when the Professort makes a new exam, he would also have to create a news screen for it?

The other way would be that, the student sees the list of exams, and when he clicks on it, the rest of exams become invisible, and

the exam questions pop out

This would mean that the Professor simply has to  edit the table in which the exam and the questions for it are stored.

Now I really could use some tips on how to do either of these two things, as I have been using power apps for 2 days now -.-

Thank you to anyone willing to point
