Problems deploying solution to Production environment

Hi all,

I've recently started using a deployment pipeline to deploy solutions from our Development to our Production environment. The solution contains a model driven app, 1 canvas app and a couple of flows. If I get an error when deploying I generally can figure out what is going one with by looking at the details (at least to figure out which object might be causing a problem). This time however, I have no idea what is wrong with the solution I'm trying to deploy, as I only get the following error:

{"error":{"code":"0x0","message":"Object reference not set to an instance of an object."}}

Anyone have any idea what could be triggering this? Any clue or idea of what object or type of object might be triggering this would be helpful.

Seeing the similar issue when deploying from Dev environment to Test environment using the pipelines.

The issue does not occur when we do the manual deployment.

Thank you for your replies

I do not have environment variables but trying to manual deployment actually worked. Maybe I should not be so reliant on the pipeline. I've marked this as the solution to the problem.

i have the same issue here as well. Manual deployments are working fine. Also as a test solution without connections (manual trigger and compose action) without Env. variables or connections.
