Why i got 2 live version for my canvas application

I have a canvas application inside a solution, but this canvas app is having 2 published versions (Live & Test) as follow:-
 
 
 
so how come this happened?

    One of those versions is marked Test. I suspect at some point you created Tests for the App in Test Studio and published those. That is the Test version.  The Live published version is the one marked Live.

    @@Pstork1 Thanks for the reply, but i never did any test ,, atleast not today, i jsut made some modifications, save the app the republish it
