I have a pretty extensive PowerApp I built that is growing within my company. It has numerous flows, PowerApps, etc. all tied together.
It is clogging up everything else honestly.
So thought it would be good to create a separate environment just for everything related to this.
So I created a production environment.
But I'm the only one that can see it? I want others on my team to also be able to see it and create related items in there too.
I've gone through users, assign a user, user roles set to common data service and environment maker...
Nothing I do though get it to show up as an environment in other's flow/PA builder apps?
Also, related to this. Users in the company can see our (default) environment. What if I want them to see apps in other environments, again I've tried assigning roles, etc. no luck.
Thanks,
Terry
Hi Terry,
I think this can be confusing because there are couple of places where we can set these permissions.
If you haven't yet provisioned a CDS database, you'd use the PowerApps admin center to set environment permissions.
If you've created a CDS database, you'd use the Power Platform admin center to grant permissions. Your best bet would be to try both places.
