I am trying to export a powerapp but i am getting an error. There is apparently a flow attached to it but this was deleted and is not part of the app anymore. Any suggestions on how to get rid of this 'ghost' flow:

I cannot reproduce your issue. I just created an app and started a flow in the app. Then I deleted the related start button and the related textinput controls, and save the app. The app got exported in PowerApps site successfully.
Did you make sure that you have published the app after deleting flow and saving?
I also find another thread discussing about the same issue, which said that he cannot resolve the issue and had to recreated the app from scratch:

the flow was deleted and saved successfully so i dont understand why i get the error.
However, i've decided not to export the app so it wont be an issue anymore.
