I was a Trial user. I received a "for Web" license over a month ago (below). I am still seeing Trial notices in the app (below). Any ideas why? Thank you!

Can you very if the tenant admin that the Power Virtual Agents User License was added to your user either directly or through an Azure Active Directory group?

The license was a direct assignment. Is that a problem?
No, it shouldn't be. Can you confirm that you only see that message on the Settings > Security > Web channel security screen?
Starting to wonder if it's a bug.
