2Hi,
could you please help; I am starting my career as a consultant and now I am familiarizing myself with Dynamics 365 Sales. In all tutorials, I can see you can view your pinned items (lead, accounts,...), but I do not have that option. I guess this has something to do with security roles. I am not creating any apps for my users as I am in my early days of training, but I use D365 as a user for now. How and where can I edit the settings in order to see pinned items and have any random item pinned?
