Hi,
I'm just in the process of making a knowledge support Chatbot for some colleagues. I'm using the new version, not classic, and can see there's a option to add media/ images and videos to your messages. When I add the media link to the Youtube video I want, it works fine when I use the test bot system, but when I publish and go live with it, it doesn't work or display anything.
