Hi Guys,

So I have created a copy of a powerapp. I'm working on the copy at the moment.

Question: If I replace the original one with my copy version does the URL of the original remain the same or will it be over written with the new URL of my copy one and will all the user who the original app was shared with be removed or not?

How did you create a copy of the app? What is the meaning of 'replace' you mentioned? Do you want to delete the old one?

Example:
Original App
Name: ABC
URL: 123.com
Shared Users: 15

COPY App
Name: ABC (Copy)
URL: 1234.com
Shared Users: 0

I created a copy by using the save as function. Once I saved as obviously the URL changes because its technically a new app as well as the shared user settings.

If I replace the original app with the copy app does all the original app settings stay the same or are they over written?

All good.

Done the test myself and it works as expected. All back end details regarding the app remain the same. Shared users & URL 🙂
