I have built a very simple sequential flow to note the dates when an item is read by a chain of people. The item has updated correctly as intended - if you click through the link in Approvals it correctly shows the dates of having been read as being part of the record - but the list page does not show these updates outside of the very first change. It updated for the first reader of two of the four documents, but nothing since with two having been read by all four parties.
