How can I use the Copilot Studio Bot to follow an ongoing conversation between a customer (Messages begin with "Customer:") and a service agent (Messages begin with "Agent:") to help assist the service agent by answering/finding accurate information to customer questions. Messages that begin with "Agent:" do not need any reactions/responses but are to be used by the Bot to understand the context of what's being communicated to the customer. The service agent would also raise questions with the Bot (Messages begin with "Hey Copilot:") that need responses.
