Hello Everyone,

I have couple of question.

I can see CoPilot Studio has a pricing of $200 for 25000 message.

Question 1: What are the token limit of 1 message.

Question 2: Is there is additional charges like how other platform has different price for input token and output token

Question 3: If I have 1 tenant license and 10 users who will use them so I need to buy 1 tenant license and then 10 user license so is there any additional cost for those license.

Question 4: If we give a small token input lets say a group by query in panda which hardly use 100 token so even will that 100 token be considered as 1 message.

Thank you everyone who can help me understand these things better.

1) What counts as a message varies depending on scenario. Here's an article that discusses common scenarios. Manage Microsoft Copilot Studio messages and capacity - Microsoft Copilot Studio | Microsoft Learn

2) The tenant license includes 25,000 messages. If you exceed that capacity you will need to buy an add-on. See article in #1 for more information

3) Once you have a tenant license user licenses can be added for free. Users only need a license to create bots, not to use them. To use a bot you only need capacity. You can also create bots using a Trial license if you want to start before buying a tenant license to put the bots into production. The trial can be extended each month if needed.

Hi,
Thank you for answering but still I am not able to see the token limit in any of the scenario.(eg If I give 2000 words message so is it considering 1 message or 2 or 3).
And 25000 messages I understand so it that both input and output included or 25000 input messages we can give still not clear on these things.
Can someone please help me understand these.

I'm not sure what you mean by token limit. The word token is never used in the article about how the licensing is charged. As the article explains each conversation with the bot is a message. Your license includes 25,000 messages per month. If you consistently exceed that you will need to buy an add-on.
