Time condition runs in test mode but not published demo mode

Hello,

I need help with Power Virtual Agent (Copilot Studio).

In my topic, I created a condition where if it falls under 8am to 7pm, it will direct the user to a live agent. If it is outside of those hours, then they will be redirected to a form or asked to call.

When I run this in the copilot test on the right side, it runs as intended and would direct user to agent during open hours, or to a form after hours. However, after publishing this, it wouldn't run successfully for after hours on the demo page. I changed all the hours from 1-2, 2-3, at a certain time to see which one would direct me to the form, but all of them kept directing me to the agent instead.

I have trouble figuring out how to get it to successfully run.

Hello adilei,

I apologize for the late response. While I was removing the organization information, I was reading through the code and I realized that I was using the system for the boolean variable, which is why it only worked in test mode. I didn't realize this until now, and I ended up creating a new variable and it runs correctly.
