Bot working fine in PVA but not in Teams app after Publish

Hi,

 

I have created and published a bot, which was working fine even after gradual updates and Publishing 

 

Now suddenly it is not responding to any command in Teams App but I’m able to test it successfully in PVA ‘Test Bot’

 

Can I please get a quick help here?

    Hi @Nandhini1 ,

    Please explore the following steps:

    1. Give the web Teams app a try.
    2. Uninstall the bot from Teams and then re-add it using the shared link.
    3. Re-publish the bot, disconnect it from Teams, and reconnect it.

      If the issue persists, kindly initiate a support ticket, providing the bot ID and a .har file for deeper troubleshooting.
