Check User Permissions: Ensure that your user account has the appropriate permissions. You might need roles like System Administrator or System Customizer.
Update Access Mode: Make sure your access mode is set to Read-Write instead of Administrative.
Assign a Valid License: Verify that your user account has a valid Power Platform license.
Review Security Roles: Ensure that your user account has the Create and Update privileges for all the tables used by the components in your app.
I have also tried signing out and in, clearing cache and cookes and trying on another browser.
I doubt this would be the case but I wonder if it may be to do with my colleague testing admin roles access within the app but I do not think it would affect this part when doing so.
