bad picture quality with a Documentcamera used at desktop PC

Hello community, I have the big problem that our Power App for order entry makes only images in poor resolution. We need to see the order slips in good quality, because the invoices are written from them. Small font is not possible to read now with the poor standard resolution of Power Apps. Is there any way to improve the default poor quality setting? There is no possibility to switch to mobile devices. The app runs in the browser on a desktop PC and the camera is a document camera, which is able to take very good pictures. I would be hugely appreciative of any help!

    Hi @Jan ,

Unfortunately, the Power App camera control takes a 640 x 480 image, so the device camera focus is really your only "quality" control. There are no settings to change anything here. I face the same issue (my users do tens of thousands of field pictures on iPads) and if they want a good quality picture use the Add Picture control, which gives them the option of using the camera - this is then a 5m + image instead of 100-200k with the associated signal quality upload issues.

Hey Warren, thx for your instant answer. It doesnt solve my problem, but helps me understanding that there is no possibility of getting it going for the Desktop Version.
    Thanks
