I want to find a way to make it so that the app doesn't stay open if the user as forgotten to close it. So I want it to shut down after some time of inactivity. Using timer on all my component is really a lot of work for not much so is there a way to do it otherwise?

Using a timer is the only way.
I'm not sure what you mean by "Using timer on all my component", but if you mean you have to add this to a lot of apps, then indeed it may be a lot of work, depending on how elaborate you want to make this and how complex your apps are.
