is there any microsoft product for workflow (business automation system )?

Can you explain more precisely what you want to accomplish with the workflow?
It's possible to use Power Automate to build workflows, including approval processes. If you're building a model driven app, you can define business process flows for workflow.

i was reading about the work flow build up with office 365,
business process flow won't be helpfull with me
i have process more than 30 stage .
In aswer to the question "is there a Microsoft product for workflow", the low code/no code answer is Power Automate.
If you're not specificly looking for a Power Platform solution, you might also consider Logic Apps, which is what Power Automate is based on.
