PCF Control not showing in Lookup fields

Hi community,

You have been a great help to me so far, so I would like your again. I have created a PCF Control. It's expected a lookup field for data type.

I upped the version, import the solution and the control appears in my solution:

I also checked the version of the solution itself and it's incremented as well, so all seems fine.

But then I try to add my control to a lookup field, and I don't get the option!

I'm very sure I'm picking a lookup field. I've tried multiple lookup fields and it doesn't show up. I've tried other types of fields as well but the control just never shows.

I've build the PCF Control in the expected way, using init pac template field, adding to the solution, etc, etc.

Does anyone know what to do?

    Hi @Eline ,

In the manifest, you have the "usage" two times for the property "approvalFlow". You need to delete the 'usage="input" ' and let only the usage="bound".

Not having a usage ="bound" for the property is one of the reasons the PCFs are now shown in the list.

I think in your case the seond one it's ignored, and only the  usage="input" is considered.

    Hope this helps!

can you create a new lookup control or rename the current one  and try ? Trying to eliminate some corruption state.  Was the solution unmanaged ? if yes you can go into customization and find the current control under custom controls in customization and delete it before the solution import.
