    Hi @renatoromao ,

    We need a functionality which offers flexibility to update QnA Knowledge Base from Teams channel not from the deployed bot in teams.

    Do we have any guidelines for this requirement?

    You can make your bot available in your Teams channel using the documentation below:

    Publish your chatbot with the Power Virtual Agents app in Microsoft Teams - Power Virtual Agents | Microsoft Learn

     

    Microsoft Teams supports adding bots to teams. Once added, team members can @mention the bot in any team channels and all teammates will see the response from the bot. This feature is useful for scenarios where:

    • Your bot supports collaboration, for example sharing the latest sales report insight with the rest of the Sales team.
    • You want to allow every team member to engage with the bot in a team channel or via private chat without needing to manually install the bot themselves.

    Our knowledge base is Language Studio QnA 

     

    yes that is possible from Power Automate flow

    But could you please help me whether it can be possible from MSteams

    Hi @Syamala ,

     

    What is your Knowledge base? Documents? SharePoint list? 

    Depending on what is your KB you can use Power Automate flows to do it.
