Delayed Answer Impacting Engagement Rate

Morning PVA Community, 

May I please ask if there's a way or an option to try and resolve where a user comes back to the chat-bot after a period of time to answer the chat bots question:
"Did that answer your question?"
"Please provide a rating between 1-5"

I've found if the users answer after a certain amount of time has elapsed that it will then recognise their response as a new question instead which is causing analytics to be skewed and it's also causing "Yes" "No" "5" to be suggested as possible topics. 

Apologies if this has been asked in the past. My gut feeling would be to add a branch condition for all other conditions but I'm not sure if that's possible on the confirmed success topic? I can do it on the end of conversation topic though.
