Tab Index in Display form

Hello All,

 

Happy New Year!

 

I was wondering if tab index is working on Display form.

 

I have few customized cards with hyperlinks and seems like tab index is hitting on them but not on other text inputs.

 

Is it possibe to convert display form to edit form?
