Hi, everyone. I am creating a bot where the phrases are so long. The phrases at the beginning of the topic is so long that it is not appearing properly. What to do?Like I am sharing one of my phrases in below :'I am looking to buy a home and want to find out how much I can borrow'.The whole sentence is not appearing in the phrase part. Only it is appearing uprWhat to do?
Hi @amritSarkar,
You shouldn't worry for this: the trigger phrase is stored in full, we only truncate it visually for a better user experience instead of wrapping it in multiple lines. So this shouldn't be any issue for the chatbot.

Thanks @HenryJammes , for your help. Now it is working properly 🙂 .And I have a follow up question , i.e. I have a PDF containing holidays of an school. I want to make a Chat Bot on this , which will provide question answering based on that holiday list. For example, Let's assume there is a holiday on 15th august(Tuesday) . If someone ask is there any holiday on 15th august , it will answer why there is a holiday in 15th august , additionally if someone again asks the day of week, it will show Tuesday.Like this, can you show me some directions? 🙂😞N.B. Suggest topics is not appearing in topic section. So I couldn't pass any PDF. Please help me to sort out this. Thanks in advance 🙂
@HenryJammes Another problem is that it is impossible to create each and every topic based on each months holidays. Is it possible to automate the thing rather than manually creating each and every topic at every single time.I have so many documents and holiday list and leave policies of my school and I want to create a chat bot based on this. The objective/goal is : If anyone ask anything related to those document, the bot will answer it correctly.Is it possible to create using Power Virtual Agent.

It's hard to advise as I don't enough your bot sufficiently to say if you should create this through Q&A topics, integrations or Generative Answers.
Given that you have lots of data sources and documents, I would explore the Generative Answers feature (now in Preview for environments in the United States region). It supports various data sources, the most powerful one to date being its integration with Azure OpenAI "On Your Data".

Hi @HenryJammes I intend to develop a chatbot for my website, capable of addressing inquiries related to various files stored on the page, including PDFs, Word documents, and other formats. My goal is to train the bot using the content from these documents and deploy it. I'm wondering if it's achievable using Power Virtual Agent, given that it's a no-code platform.
Given it's website, have you tried Generative Answers on top of it?

Hi @HenryJammes I am unable to add Generative answers on top of it, since I am unable to use the preview option. It is not supported in my region. The option is disabled in my region , that's why I couldn't proceed further 🙂 😭

I see - then I guess that for this no-code AI option, you need to wait for the feature to be available in your region.

Hi @amritSarkar I'm afraid I don't know yet.
We're dependent on the availability of the Azure OpenAI Service in your region (https://azure.microsoft.com/global-infrastructure/services/?products=cognitive-services) and then there is also work on the PVA side to be done.
I'm expecting we'll get more clarity on this as we approach General Availability of the feature (October 2023).
