Can we cutomize  the  sharepoint list form using powerapps desktop. And how we can move list form from powerapps web to powerapp desktop?

    You need to use the web studio to customize the PowerApps custom forms for SharePoint. Also the authoring capabilities of the PowerApps for Windows is deprecated in favor of the PowerApps web studio. You can find more information about this by following the link listed below.

     

    PowerApps Studio for the Web is Generally Available for Production Use
