Dear Experts, First of all i would like to thankyou for your help. I am looking for an urgent help as i am a beginner and would be appreciate your kind feedback.
I have created a dashboard report which i imported via a cloud database, it worked fine.
I created a poweAPP to take some inputs from the users, while i choose the powerapp logo in dekstop version, it asks me to choose any of the column header which has some data( even i don't want to import one) but it seems mandatory. afterwards, i chose an existing app and imported it. the problem is i don't see the PowerBIIntegeration module like it shows when a powerapp is fully connected to a powerbi report, i am unable to know why? I searched numerous toturials, in every toturial it shows PowerBIIntegeration module exists i am not sure why it doesn't show in mine.
Even i tried to create another powerapp which shows the PowerBIIntegeration module afterwards but it doesn't give me an option to add forms or datasource of sharepoint list where i want to store the comments.
My second question is, In the report there are 22 column headers like customer name, country, material id etc. My powerapp has around 5 things which i wanted to be stored in the sharepoint list, currently i have added 5 boxes where the customer has to write data manually and then a comment and then once he clicks submit it is saved in the sharepoint list. however i want to make it in a way, once he clicks any entry, a specific set of columns which are needed should be filled automatically and he just needs to put a comment.
Last thing i want to do is, i want to show only the last recent comment in the dashboard instead of all, currently i added a sharepoint list column of comments which shows all the comments submitted.
I have to develop this usecase as soon as possible, i am searching day and night, but with no luck, I would be grateful if your could spare some of your precious time and help me with your guideline, i would be forever grateful for your kind response.
