Update column in SP automatically

Hello everyone,
I have a SP list named "ABC Lesson Learned". i have several columns and i created a canvas app based on my SP list. i wonder is it possible for me to update column (LL ID) automatically everytime user insert new lesson learned. it means user will have to fill up every textfield except for LL ID

Hi @norashura when using the new form you can set the data input for the LLID you can set the Default property to be random and then have this be patched or submitted when the user saves / submits the form to SP Here is an example for you:

Hi @norashura ,

If you put the 'LL ID' field into your form (you can hide it if you want), you can make the Default of the control containing the data whatever you need to populate in it.
