Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

I have an app I want to create multiple entries to in one form before entering. Please see the picture below. I'd like to select the plus icon by electrical and then information below then shows up. They fill it out and click submit. Once they submit, I'd like it to add a notification number to the plus icon "1", and then they can select and add another. Then they could add Mechanical from that plus icon. Once all of the entries are done, I'd like to click the final check and it submits all records to SharePoint list.
