Dataverse environment not visible to external user

We have shared a Dataverse environment (sandbox) with an external user who wants to open the solution present in the environment and view it. The user has been assigned license and security role has been assigned as well but the environment is not visible to the user in the drop down. Is this normal behavior that external users cannot see the environment under environments list?

Is there a work around?

    @harshalgite11 ,

    External users only get access to an app if proper license assigned and not to an environment.

     

    If it answers your question, kindly give kudo and accept it as solution.
