PVA not responsive on iPhone MS Teams App

Hi there,

I have a Power Virtual Agent bot to prompt for user input. I am using Bot Framework Composer to develop the adaptive card form.

The PVA bot is working fine on MS Teams desktop client, MS Teams web app, and Android MS Teams app.

The problem only happen on iPhone MS Teams app. The PVA is not response after user submit an input until user switch to another app and switch back to MS Teams. Have you guys experience the same? Am I miss any configuration on PVA site or I need to change the iPhone MS Teams app settings?

Hey there @john_then,

Were you ever able to sort this out? If not, I'd recommend making a Support ticket for this, as that is definitely strange functionality, and would require some potentially involved troubleshooting.
