Network error when using patch function: conflicts exist with changes on the server, please reload

I built a Power App. This app is using a SharePoint list in the background.

The app is fairly simple, I display a gallery first with items, then the user clicks on an item, modifies it, and saves it.

Sometime I get the below error, even if single user is working on record, and once "SubmitForm" has been called on "Save" button.

    @prademi

     To see if this is a programmatic error, go to Make.Powerapps.com and create an app from data. Select SharePoint and then select your list. Then see if you can duplicate the error.

    @prademi I have received this error if the item is already opened by another user, or someone is actively making changes to it when you try to patch it.

    Yes, I can duplicate the error.

    Only one user is working on item, so in my case this scenario does not apply.

    Yes, I can duplicate the error.

    Is it possible to connect on teams and do the screen sharing to resolve the issue?
