The app loses connection to its data source (e.g., SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL).
There are network issues, expired credentials, or missing permissions.
The connector session has timed out or the environment has restrictions.
Steps to Fix It
Check Data Source Connection
Go to Power Apps → Data → Connections.
Ensure the connection is valid and re-authenticate if needed.
Verify Permissions
Make sure your account has access to the underlying data source.
For SharePoint, confirm you have at least Edit permissions on the list/library.
Refresh or Recreate Connection
Remove the existing connection and add it again.
If using a gateway for on-prem data, ensure it’s online.
Environment & Network
Test in a different browser or incognito mode.
Check if your organization has firewall or proxy restrictions blocking Power Apps.
Known Issues
Visit Power Platform Service Health to see if there’s an outage.
