Hi All,
I had a few questions as I've just started my goal of creating a PVA bot to assist my firms transition to a new document management system.
I had done a bit of research and found the link between PVA and qnamaker.ai via multiple Youtube videos. My plan was to create a knowledge base and link it to the bot. I have plenty of separate web pages on a number of topics and thought it could flow quite nicely on PVA. However, much to my dismay I am no longer able to use the qnamaker. I'm at a loss of how to proceed, asides from adding content via the Suggested Topics section. There doesn't seem to be much content out there on how to proceed now that qnamaker is sunsetting (or I'm not searching the correct keywords).
Does anyone know of any solutions to creating a knowledge base for a Q&A style bot? are suggested topics the way to go?
Low code would be preferred but if there is an application which suits then as long as there are detailed instructions I should be okay.
Have you found any solution to this? Looking to do the same exact thing and just end up looping through a couple of different documentation articles.
There is a guide on using question answering with PVA:

It is the same process you would use with the QnaMaker connector, so you can use that as long as it is available. I would recommend using topic suggestion or Question answering going forward.
