Transfer conversation to agent (Text and Variables)

In the classic version it was possible to transfer a text with variables. In the newest version this seems not to work anymore. How can I still transfer variables?

Hi @canubis and @furqanmajeed ,

This is a gap and currently we have no ETA. In the meanwhile, please use this as a workaround:
Pass all the variables using the "Transfer to agent" property panel "Transfer conversation property" Variables field to "All".
