I have deleted 3 of the 4 topics on this screenshot. 2 of them are turned off and 1 of them won't let me turn it off. If I select the deleted topics and try to delete their contents and save it, then I get the error message that it has been deleted. How do I get these to stop appearing in the Topics list? Thanks in advance for your help.

Try to discard changes first, then delete the topic again.
Yes I discard the changes and delete it again, but it still appears on the list.
