Am currently doing the Exercise - Create an app from Excel using Copilot from "Get started with Power Apps canvas apps " Learning Path Series
In that excercise it asks me to do following
But the Upload an Excel file is disabled and it says you dont have permission in this environment
Am using an Work account for my power apps login which is i guess having only Microsoft Community Plan Subscription.
Any advise/help so that i can continue my excercise.

These are setting that are set by the environment administrator(s). You'll have to take this up with your internal IT to see if they will allow you to do this.
