Am currently doing the Exercise - Create an app from Excel using Copilot from "Get started with Power Apps canvas apps " Learning Path Series

In that excercise it asks me to do following

Download the Product List worksheet.
Go to the Power Apps maker portal.
From the Home screen, select the option to Start with data. After a moment, the Create an app screen will appear with the option to Start with data.
From the Start with data options, select Upload an Excel file.

But the Upload an Excel file is disabled and it says you dont have permission in this environment

Am using an Work account for my power apps login which is i guess having only Microsoft Community Plan Subscription.

Any advise/help so that i can continue my excercise.
