Flow is showing a different time:
What am I missing? Any assistance in this would be greatly appreciated!!
I found the solution using Convert time zone
Base time = the column in my list "Start Time"
Sourcetime zone = UTC
Destination time zone = the time zone I am in which is MST
Format string = how I want the output to look like

I thought thats what I was doing above. Do you have an example?
flow only works with dates and times in UTC format. So when it reads the date from SharePoint it gets it in UTC.
you would need to use expressions.
check this flow expression video series -
