Hello

Please can someone urgently help me. I changed data on one of my tables - a table that has a list of names that links input on app to the correct Managers and now all my apps are messed up because the names are not linking to the correct managers....

Please help

    Good Afternoon,

Do you have auditing on for the table? If so, you could look identify the record from last modified date and then view the changes and edit the data to restore back to the previous value.

If not, you have the option to an environment restore: Here is a link to the Microsoft documentation: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/backup-restore-environments

A word of caution with doing an environment backup is to check with all other developers/users in that environment as it will restore the data and solution versions back to the time you selected e.g if someone has created a new record or released a new solution since your backup time this will be lost with a restore and also worth noting the link for apps will change too.

    Hope that helps.

I just don't understand why Microsoft make this"enterprise level" platform to have a undo button and a data recycle bin.

What shock me even more is that most of the active users dont even care and they just say "use deactivate instaed". How hillarious
