Teams Inspection App

Hi team,

I need some help. Anytime I make a change whatsoever in the "Review Inspections" part of the app in Power Apps, once I hit publish it will no longer show the inspection details. It will show that an inspection was completed, but once I click it to review/complete...it shows (0) for "issues" and (0) for no issues. It will not retrieve and display the step results, pictures or notes. Any help is appreciated.

Hello. I did not see your question before, but I just published the same error - I was able to dive deeper and I think I found the culprit but I was not able to solve the problem either.

I have been banging my head on this for over a month now. I have tried many different scenarios. I thought maybe it was from publishing to a different app version because you can open the app in edit mode, make absolutely no changes, publish it.....and same thing happens. I tried reverting to different version afterword's but it does not resolve the issue either.

Hey @GuilhermeBrum  just wondering if you ever found a solution here? Still banging my head about it.
